What little I'm aware has involved Sewall as a subcontractor to the 
primary contractor; e.g., Photo Science in 2010-11. Check with Dan Long 
at Sewall for more detail on the status of any LiDAR gear they own.

There is another option that might be worth looking into, and one that 
I've only started looking into as adjunct to our surveying services: 
using aerial imagery from a drone + software and thereby producing a 3D 
model work product. Some friends and surveyors in other states have been 
doing this, but their examples and test files seen to date haven't 
generated bare ground contours in vegetated areas.
