Your observation is common when querying a large dataset and selecting GeoJSON output format. You may be able to reconstruct your query to work. Maybe. It depends, somewhat on the host system settings. Instead, consume the feature service or download the FGDB.
<https://maine.hub.arcgis.com/datasets/maine-e911-addresses-roads-structure-and-psap-fgdb/about>
Todd

Dear Geospatial Advocate,

I am reaching out to you to obtain your assessment of leaf conditions in MidCoast Maine for LiDAR acquisition this spring. The attached image shows the spring 2023 LiDAR Collection - this is for Quality Level 1 data and covers almost 3300 square miles! This year the State of Maine is teaming with USGS through their Broad Area Announcement (BAA) program, and they are asking us for leaf and snow conditions to share with their acquisition contractor, NV5. We would like condition assessments from Kingfield to Howland, Ellsworth to Norridgewock and all communities in between. Please see attached image for this year's program.

Would you please update me with your assessment of your area and provide images if possible? I am specifically requesting the location and images of amount of snow and leaf conditions. Right now the focus is on the remaining snow in the woods and snowpiles in the parking lots.

Your information will help us determine when the best time is to deploy aircraft for LiDAR acquisition.

Please send the information directly to me. Note that I am always happy to discuss the GeoLibrary's geospatial acquisitions, feel free to reach out to me at the numbers below. Good Morning,

Support for the GeoLibrary is in the new Biennial Budget, and we need to
inform our senators and representatives about the GeoLibrary’s value. In
addition to letters developed by other GIS advocates, the Board has
developed our own template letter of support (which is attached). We ask
that you personalize the letter (on your letterhead) and send it to your
legislators; you can find your legislators in the links below. [...]

Good Evening Everyone,
I know that many, maybe everyone, has seen videos regarding lidar and how
it is expanding our knowledge of past civilizations and man's
activities that have been obscured by nature's advance after man has ceased
to exist in the environment.

This video of the Amazon <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dY82nZTxXQ4>ian
Rivers. reminded me of the importance of the GeoLibraries work. A 2006 law limits growth in State and Local budget spending. The Governor's
budget exceeds the ceiling by several hundred thousand dollars.

Our lawmakers are going to negotiate over this.

This was in the Bangor Daily News Briefs today:
"A leading budget negotiator, Rep. Sawin Millett, R-Waterford, said the cap
will be a major element of his side's push on the document, although the
former budget commissioner conceded that state spending plans often write
out laws that are inconvenient. He also expected Democrats to question why
his party was so focused on an old law. "That's a legitimate question, but
[...]
