The MEGIS/GeoLibrary Web Mapping Services (WMS) for orthoimagery and
MapServer applications (LURC parcel viewer, MGS publications) will be
unavailable Sunday morning March 6 from 10AM to noon to upgrade the
software and make some configuration changes.  These changes have shown
a 40-60% performance increase.  If you are a GIS-geek like me and
interested in the details you can read the attached PDF.  If not, well
at the very least it should run faster starting Sunday afternoon.
