Hi folks,

The Maine GIS Users Group  is having its annual meeting on June 25, 2010 
at the Eastland Hotel in Portland.  The business meeting will include the 
election of new MEGUG officers.  The following people have graciously 
submitted their names for consideration. 

President - Aimee Dubois, Town of Scarborough
Vice President - Angela Brady, University of Maine in Machias
Treasurer - Dave Hobbins, University of Maine in Fort Kent
Secretary - Christine Manderson, Spatial Alternatives
Education Coordinator - Al Shaeffer, Oxford Hills Technical School

Their statement of experience and interest will be included on the ballot 
you will receive  with your conference registration.  Registration 
information and the updated agenda can be found on the MEGUG website.

Also, please mark your calendars for the fall MEGUG meeting which will be 
held at the Atlantic Oceanside in Bar Harbor on September 17th.  They have 
given MEGUG a reduced room rate of $109.00 for this conference.  Please 
mention MEGUG when you register to receive the reduced rate.
