Hi Ken, no not the aerial photo viewer, but they will be available via
WMS. The photo viewer is an ArcIMS application which is to be phased
out in favor of WMS services.
I actually already have a test WMS running with these images, but need
to fix a couple things before I put it in production.

MEDOQs for the following quads have been UPDATED in the MEGIS internet
Data Catalog. MrSid images for these quads had areas around the edges
that were re-processed so that the "nodata" areas either have pixel
values of zero or have image data from the adjacent images appended.
