The 2013 NAIP data for Maine is now available as an ArcGIS web service from USDA.  At this point MEGIS does not have the actual data yet.  As far as I can tell there is no WMS version of this, so it's only Esri users.

If anybody has a WMS URL please share it.

ArcGIS Server URL (for use in ArcGIS desktop or ArcGIS Online) is http://gis.apfo.usda.gov/arcgis/services.

Once we get the data we will process it onto our own WMS and make it available via the Data Catalog.
