The portal production server (http://gelibportal.maine.gov/Portal) will
actually end up being moved this Monday. Since it is not yet connected
to the production database, it is not really "in production" yet, so I
see no impact. It will not be available for about an hour on Monday.

The test server (http://geolibportaltest.maine.gov/Portal) will also be
moved on Monday, to a different data center. It will only be down for a
few minutes as it is a much shorter move.

The benefit of putting these in separate data centers is that if
something happens to one of the OIT data centers, we can reconfigure the
other to take over.
