The MEGIS/GeoLibrary 'orthos' WMS now contains the statewide 1996-1998
black-and-white 1 meter orthophotos from USGS. These are the 'original'
DOQQs, and this marks the first time that the northwestern portion of
Maine is available.

This is the same URL as for the NAIP data:

http://geolibportal.maine.gov/wms/mapserv.exe?map=c:/wms/orthos.map&

Interesting to compare these to the NAIP data 10 years later.

For more details, see the GeoLibrary web page
http://www.maine.gov/geolib.
