Sorry I should have been more clear.  This is the "Lot 3" we have been
talking about - although technically it is called "Lot 6" because lots
3-5 were NH, Mass, and RI.

Maine from the "Lidar for the Northeast".  This delivery completes the
areas roughly south of Edgecomb.  It includes the remainder of all the
