Yes that is right... IF you are either a college student in Maine or a K-12 educator or youth leader in Maine.
The Maine GIS User Group's annual scholarship and educator's awards close in one week, on March 31, 2014. We award $1000 to a college student and 2 $500 grants to educators or youth leaders for assistance in geographic, GIS, geospatial, and other g-word projects and programs. Applications must be received by 3-31-2014. There's still time! Pass this on to anybody you know who would be interested.
