I apologize for the poor previous announcement.

Mr. David Edson of Sewall Company<http://www.sewall.com/index.php> has been named to the public seat on the Maine GeoLibrary Board. Mr. Edson was instrumental in designing and implementing Sewall's first geographic information system (GIS) for forestland ownership; diversifying Sewall's services to include offerings in web-based enterprise GIS, renewable energy and environmental sciences; and expanding the firm's geographic reach to five continents. He holds a BA in American History from Harvard College and an MS in Forestry from the University of Maine, and is a Licensed Professional Forester.

He will be a great asset to the GeoLibrary.
