WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS (Wildlife_Mgmt_Districts) have been ADDED
to the MEGIS internet Data Catalog, http://www.maine.gov/megis/catalog.
Wildlife Management Districts are delineated, geographical sections of
the State that have similarities in biological and geophysical
characteristics.  Please refer to the metadata for additional
information.

 

SIGNIFICANT VERNAL POOLS (SVPCenterpts) and SIGNIFICANT VERNAL POOL
BUFFERS (SVPBuffers) have been UPDATED in the MEGIS internet Data
Catalog, http://www.maine.gov/megis/catalog.  SVPCenterpts represents
CANDIDATE Significant Vernal Pools (SVPs).  SVPBuffers depicts 250-foot
habitat zones surrounding the perimeters of Significant Vernal Pools
(SVPs) or Potentially Significant Vernal Pools (PSVPs).  Please refer to
the metadata for additional information.

 

PARCELS (Parcels) have been UPDATED in the MEGIS internet Data Catalog,
http://www.maine.gov/megis/catalog to make minor corrections to the
following towns:  Caribou, Castle Hill, Chapman, Easton, Fort Fairfield,
Limestone, Mapleton, Mars Hill, New Sweden, Perham, Presque Isle, Wade,
Washburn, Westfield, and Woodland.
