I won't comment on the ethical or aesthetic considerations involved in
the posting of Mr. Soneking's play,  but there is a technical solution
to the problem of posting large documents in formats that may not
translate to all systems.
 
There is a web site called "The Internet File Zone" which offers 10MB of
free storage capacity which can be accessed from any internet
connection.  The site is www.atrieva.com, and I have found it very easy
to use.
 
If the list manager would open an account in the "Zone" and then post
the name & password to the list, anyone would be able to post and/or
access large files (up to 10MB, of course).  If /when space becomes a
problem, old files can be deleted.
 
I would be glad to do thgis if it would help.
