OK everybody please try this out:

http://geolibportal.maine.gov/Portal  (production)

http://geolibportaltest.maine.gov/Portal  (test)

Currently this is the out-of-the-box portal still running against the
DEP database.  New database is being created specifically for the
portal, then we will customize with ESRI's help.
