We were just playing around with using breakout rooms in Google Meet so
teachers can send one link to all parents. This worked for the most part.
We just had anonymous users allowed this week. If an anonymous user joins a
Google Meet they can not be placed in a breakout room.

Our thought is to have the teacher connect to the Meet with their laptop
and iPad. The iPad will screen share (microphone muted) a slide stating
they are in a meeting with another parent and to sit tight. That may not be
necessary since the next parent will not be able to get in until the
teacher admits them since they are outside of the domain.

Still working this out but seems to be a good solution to Meets not having
a waiting room per se.
