Ignoring the fact that we're talking about an April Fool's Joke ...
 
Who has the myopic view here?  Were this report true, you'd have 3
young people entering the job market in the industry of their choice,
with a relatively short term potential of earning more than 99.44% of
North Americans, with a work year that pretty much allows completion of
their degree probably paid for by their employer, should they choose to
do so.
