my take on these issues if you care....
 
1)  compare what the KU basketball coach said after his team's
    devastating loss in the round of 16 to what the michigan hockey
    coach said after his team's devastating loss in the semi-final
 
2)  i feel (and I'm probably in a minority) that team partisanship
    has no place during the Hobey ceremony.  That award is to a
    PLAYER, not to a team.
 
3)  I thought jack parker did a masterful job of devising a game plan
    to shut down michigan.
 
4)  I can't believe how much dean blais used his last line change to
    such great advantage.
 
5)  I thought 3 of the 4 coaches appropriately praised their
    opponents, win or lose
