Of course he'd say this.. he is the coach and it is more than expected
that he would stand by his players 100%, unlike (I think it was Bowling
Green's coach) who when asked whether he beilieved his players could beat
Michigan, he replied "Well, the guys (players) thinks so."

Morrison, right after the "best team comment" said that he took nothing
away from BU..that they played a good game

Most of the fans there were students who had to ditch at least 2 days of
class, plus were willing to sacrifice Easter for their team. They were
doing this for Michigan ONLY.
There will always be an obnoxious fan or group of fans no matter what
team. I encountered a BU fan who showed up to his/her (to keep the
anonyminity) NCAA championship game 20 minutes late, left in the middle of
the game (when NoDak Scored), came back eventually and then left the game
early when NoDak had pretty much secured the win. At least stay to
congratulate your team regardless of whether they lost..they did make it
to the finals!
As for the fans, yes Michigan fans are obnoxious at times, but what school
who is killing the other team 13-2 isn't? The fans are college
students..kids.. and yes they will be rude. Some Michigan fans are overly
obnoxious and trust me, I'd love to yell back at that one person (but one
has to be neutral in the press box *posh*)
