Does anyone know the owner of the Prius Prime that has been charging at the
Russell Hall spot since 8am this morning? Just heading back from my lunch
break (12:50) and noticed it is still there.

I'm curious if people have any suggestions on how we can communicate so
that we can share this charging space.
