This no-cost, family-friendly, fun, and educational event is sponsored by
the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber.

On *Veterans Day, 11/11 <http://www1.va.gov/opa/vetsday/>*, no University
courses are scheduled. The Business Office is closed. We are co-hosting a
day-long Early Childhood Education conference with Family Focus, RSU 1, and
SMCC. *The computer lab and the auxiliary lab will not be available*.
University students will have access to the wireless network and the
computers in Rooms 101, 102, and 103 from 9 am to 4 pm.

Dr. Jon Schlenker, Director of the UMA Honors Program, will hold an
information session via videoconferencing on Monday, *11/15*, from noon to 1
pm. He will discuss the perks and challenges of the Honors Program and
answer curriculum questions.
