The Eligible Services List for Funding Year 2016 has been released.

You can obtain a copy of the ESL by:
(1) navigating to http://networkmaine.net/erate/index.html and
(2) clicking on the link for "FY2016 Eligible Services List"

As previously announced, the FY2016 Form 470 can only be filed within
USAC's new EPC Portal.

Entities that apply for any E-Rate not arranged through Networkmaine must
file a Form 470 if they have an expiring contract or want to request E-Rate
for new services for FY2016.

If you have not already done so, you will first need to set up the Account
Administrator for the EPC Account for your School District, Independent
School, or Library.

Training Guides for several EPC activities, including establishing an
account administrator and filing a Form 470 within EPC are available here:
http://networkmaine.net/erate/EPC/EPC.htm

The deadline to file the Form 470 will remain unknown until the FY2016 Form
471 Filing Window is announced.
