As you prepare to file for E-Rate for FY2016, you may be making changes to
your EPC profile that affect the Networkmaine consortium applications.

Please let us know if you make significant changes to entities such as:

- School A was listed as a stand-alone school and you created a School
District parent entity for it

- School A was listed as a member of School District A and you removed the
school from the district

- School A was listed as a member of School District A and you joined it to
School District B instead

Each school district, library, and stand-alone school that is a member of
Networkmaine needs to be linked to the consortium in EPC. Our members have
already been added to the consortium, but any of the above changes would
break that link.

To date, there is no notification from the EPC system if members are
removed from the consortium or schools are removed from a member school
district. Rather than be surprised after the fact, you can help us out
greatly by informing us of any parent-child entity changes.

Thanks in advance.
