Only two weeks remain to certify an FY2020 Form 471 before *the filing
window closes at 11:59 PM EDT on March 25, 2020*. This form must be filed
by all applicants requesting FY2020 E-Rate funding for products or services
not arranged by Networkmaine.

Remember the following rules:

   - Do not conduct a bid evaluation or sign a contract until 28 days after
   submitting your Form 470 / RFP / RFP amendments (count the number of days
   from the last activity)
   - Do not certify your Form 471 before you have signed a contract with
   the chosen service provider (and I suggest that you add that contract to
   the EPC contract module before starting your Form 471)
   - Do certify your Form 471 before the window closes!
