I’ll look at the help but I’ve a quick question.
I have quotes from a vendor that will work for me. This person has a SPIN number so is all set. Does this person need to log in and create the Contract ID?? What do I do next? Once I understand one the other two locations should be much easier.

* 8:00 am – 10:00 pm EDT
Thursday, May 26 at 8:00 am – Friday, May 27 at 12:30 am EDT

USAC's Client Services Bureau is open extended hours at 1-888-203-8100 in this race to the finish line:
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Weekdays
12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Saturdays
Don't wait until the last minute! EPC may slow down significantly due to increased usage. Plan accordingly.
