By now, if you are an EPC user or a BEAR user or both, you have likely
already received an email invitation from USAC to set up multi-factor
authentication. If you did not receive that email, no worries! USAC is
rolling out these emails to every user so it may take some time for you to
get your own special invite.

Whether you have the email or not, you should go ahead and set it up as
soon as possible. It is easy peasy but see the attached instructions for
one of my patented step by step guides.
