The FY2019 Form 470 is available in the EPC portal and can be filed as soon
as you like.

Entities that apply for any E-Rate not arranged through Networkmaine must
file a Form 470 if they have an expiring contract or want to request E-Rate
for new products or services for FY2019 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020).

The last day to file a Form 470 is 28 days before the closing of the Form
471 filing window. The exact FY2019 Form 470 deadline will remain unknown
until the FY2019 Form 471 filing window dates are announced, but there is
no harm in getting a jump start on FY2019 and filing your Form 470 early!

The dropdown options for Category 1 have changed, so pay careful attention
when requesting bids for those services. Also note that voice services are
no longer an option due to the phase-out. Complete form instructions are
