There is now less than one month remaining to file an FY2017 Form 471.

*The FY2017 E-Rate Form 471 filing window closes at 11:59 PM EDT on May 11,
2017.*

This form must be filed by all applicants requesting FY2017 E-Rate funding
for products or services not arranged by Networkmaine.



*If you did not need to file a new Form 470 this year due to an existing
multi-year contract resulting from a prior year's Form 470:*you can submit
your Form 471 at any time before the window closes


*If you filed a new Form 470 this year:*

   1. you must wait 28 days before choosing a vendor or service provider
   2. you cannot sign a contract or legally binding agreement until on or
   after the Allowable Contract Date identified in your Form 470 Receipt
   Notification Letter (located in your EPC News feed)
   3. you cannot certify your Form 471 until steps 1 and 2 are complete

Check your EPC News feed for the notification and the allowable contract
date. To get there, click on the link for your organization on your EPC
landing page and then click on the News link in the menu on the left. Then
search for a post that looks like the following:
