The Eligible Services List for 2014-2015 has been released, so you can
begin working on your FY 2014-2015 Form 470 in earnest.

If you intend to apply for E-Rate for FY 2014-2015 other than the E-Rate
arranged by Networkmaine for its consortium members and ...

      - If you want to sign a new contract, you must file a new Form 470.

      - If you have a contract that expires before the end of the funding
year, you must file a new Form 470 to open a competitive bidding process
for any services that would be provided during the part of the funding year
not covered by that expired contract.

Remember that if you are applying for Priority 2 services, your technology
plan must be written in at least a draft form before you can file a Form
470. The deadline for filing the Form 470 will not be known until USAC
announces the dates for the Form 471 filing window.
