*Deadline to file an FY2016 Form 471:*

The FY2016 Form 471 is available in EPC.

There are many reasons why you may not yet be prepared to file the Form 471
such as:
- you have not yet filed a Form 470 (the deadline is April 1 but do not
wait until the last day!)
- you have filed a Form 470 but your 28 day waiting period has not elapsed
- the thought of filing a Form 471 is causing you to break out in a rash

not!​ The FY2016 form
​ may look scary and more cumbersome than in previous years, but the
reality is that many of the tasks you used to do directly within the form
are now being handled outside of the form elsewhere within your EPC portal
profile.

The Form 471 process will look like this:
