Campus Core and Distribution Link Migrations

This is a series of link migrations to facilitate summer upgrades for UM campus networking.  Disruption is expected to be minimal (about 30 seconds per link) as all links being migrated are redundant with the exception of our handoff to Apogee for UM residence hall wireless.

Downtime for Apogee is expected to be less than 5 minutes.
