Currently power to the main wiring closet in Barrows Hall is not
functioning, which has taken down data connectivity in that building.  We
are currently waiting for an electrician to show up to check it out.  No ETA
yet on when the building will be back online.

This does not affect the ESRB wing of the building, only Barrows.
