Summary: 
	UM LAN core switches will undergo a rolling software upgrade to address an issue where buildings connected at 1gbps suddenly fail to pass traffic and go down. 

Data center production traffic will not be affected. 

UMPD may experience a few seconds of dropped packets while the link fails over from one switch to the other.
