There is currently a service outage with one of our telephone service
providers, Otelco, that is causing issues receiving calls for some users of
the UMS telephony services.  Outgoing call service should be unaffected.
This issue primarily impacts University centers and cooperative extension
locations.  This outage is due to a problem on the providers internal
network, and due to the nature of it we are unable to work around the
problem on our side.



We are working with the service provider to resolve this issue, however at
this moment we have no ETA.  This appears to be a substantial service
outage affecting many if not all of Otelco’s regional customers, though, so
we anticipate service will be restored soon.
