Expected Duration: a little more than 1 hour, but quite possibly less
Scope: webhost.msln.net, home of all of the MSLN websites we host.

Summary: The webserver program itself will be stopped during some
back-end storage work to prevent errors in MSLN website databases. The
FTP daemon will remain up, but may respond more slowly.
