Hi All, Check out this free conference happening in March https://sites.google.com/view/secollaborative . If you go to Agenda, you can see the various speakers and workshops that will be offered for free over three days via the Whova platform. David Lankes kicks off the event with a presentation on providing a great customer service experience. There will be workshops around:
