There may have been an introductory period when CSTV was offering its
broadcasts to cable outlets at no charge, which is a price that Adelphia was willing
to pay.  Unless the Athletic Department knows something the rest of us don't
about Adelphia's broadcasting plans, it should check the facts before crediting
Adelphia with offering a service that it doesn't provide ... at least in the
Bangor area.

For that matter, Adelphia doesn't offer CSTV in south Florida, either,
although it does offer it as a premium channel in Orange County, Calif.
