I must be getting old when I start remembering hockey incidents that
happened years ago.  I don't even remember the circumstances anymore,
but something got Mr. Parker so incensed that he walked down the BU
bench and THREW EVERY WATERBOTTLE ONTO THE ICE, to deafening jeers and
laughter from the crowd.  Now that's entertainment!
 
Joe Carr, then the radio announcer for the Black Bears much later
announced BU's return visit to Orono with "BU's coming to town.  Nail
down the water bottles!"
