Last night was amazing at the Garden.  I've been a long-time attendee at Maine games and at many of the Boston games.  Even I couldn't believe how quite (and few) BU fans were and how crazy loud Maine fans were.  I talked to a couple friends at the game who were both amazed by the number of Maine fans in the crowd and I proudly stated that our people travel.  I can only imagine for the team it must have felt like a home game!

They played really well last night and were very diciplined.  Not too many penalties, but I agree with John that this embelishment calling is just getting out hand.  I do hope Abbott will be ok for the NCAA's but he looked pretty shaken after that hit.  Hoping for a big win against BC tonight, but happy to know that the team is back in the NCAA's and looking pretty darn good.

Just got back from the Garden.  Maine was probably 60% of the crowd.  The
Black Bears also wrapped up a tournament bid...if they beat BC and Harvard
beats Union, they will be the #1 seed in Bridgeport.

Unfortunately, Spencer Abbott will likely miss the game because of an
apparent concussion.  I'm amazed Bunyon didn't penalize him for
embellishment...

If you can make it down, good seats are still available.  The balcony was
like a wasteland tonight, except where the Maine fans were located.
