They had teams on standby for 24 hours, but we're well past that now. Bball
did run into something similar, with Virginia Commonwealth having to pull
out just before their game, although the tournament had started by that
point. Personally, I think Notre Dame should have been replaced, but
there's probably nothing you could do about Michigan if the positive only
came up this morning.

This is why I'm totally confused that the NC$$ didn't send everybody to
Pittsburgh and do a single bubble there. Getting teams in might have been a
challenge (it always is with the bubble environment), but you could also
have sent somebody (Providence and/or Lowell) to be standby and there
wouldn't be an issue getting them there.
