        On the Frost as a rural poet topic, see his friendship with
theEnglish poet, Edward Thomas, who is also linked to Pound. I myself
don't think Cummings and Frost are at all alike, though each has a strain
of irony -- more overt in C. than in F., but certainly there in the
latter.
