If I understand A. David Moody's last posting correctly, he would seem
to agree with Heidegger concerning the origin of any work of art that the
"setting forth of the earth is achieved by the work as it sets itself back
into the earth.... To be sure, the poet also uses the word-not, however,
like ordinary speakers and writers who have to use them up, but rather in
such a way that the word now becomes and remains truly a word." (Poetry,
Language, Thought) p.48
    Wei, did you know that the fasces flank both sides of the U.S. Senate?
