ACTEM will be hosting it's third Spring Leadership conference on Tuesday,
April 24, 2019, at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland, ME.
Last year's conference attracted over 100 technology leaders from Maine
Schools.  This year's theme will continue the focus on Networks, Security
and Data Privacy.

ACTEM’s goal for this conference is to provide a forum with information,
workshops, and solutions that can help you make informed decisions for your
districts.  This is a vendor centered conference for Technology Directors
and their staff from schools and districts in Maine.
Workshops topics will be focused around our theme and a listing of
workshops will be posted at  www.actem.org  as more information becomes
available.

This year's keynote speaker will be Eric Butash, Director of Operations of
the Highlander Institute in Providence, RI.  The Highlander Institute is a
community of educators and professionals focused on researching, developing
and disseminating innovative educational methods to improve outcomes for
all learners.  Eric manages all operational policies, objectives, and
initiatives. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the
organization's activities, including individual and corporate/business
support, technical support, and special events.
