Greetings-
A group of students just brought the following question to my attention…

Our students iPads and Google Drive/Classroom

They have a Google Doc to submit to their teacher.
They add a photo from their iPad Camera roll to the Google Doc.
When they submit the document, or even look at the document later, it is blank, like there is no photo there.
Sometimes it gives them an exclamation point in a black triangle.

We think this could be because their photos are stored in iCloud, and not downloaded locally, and that’s why they won’t import to the Google Doc. But since this is mixing platforms, (Apple and Google), I haven’t been able to find anyone else with a similar problem or solution.

Thoughts?
~Esther
