We are going to have all the teachers in a google doc and email it out to
all the parents. They will sign up for a time via PTCFast then  when it is
conference time - go to the doc, find the teacher and click on the zoom
link . The teachers will all have their waiting rooms on with a message.
It will be an experiment having obviously never done it this way before.
