Hi, all.
It used to be that one could pause a screen recording in Quick Time by
clicking the pause icon that would appear in to top toolbar, and then click
it again to resume recording when ready. In Mojave, you could tap the esc
key to bring up a control window, and then tap the alt key and it would
display the pause button.
That does not seem to exist anymore with the version of QuickTime in
Catalina. Does anyone know a workaround so that one can pause a screen
recording and then resume recording in the same video?
