a whopping 2 patrons (both bu alums) crowded scorekeepers bar
in ann arbor to watch bu defeat merrimack 4 to 3 tonight.
 
we had a big screen and about 15 regular tv's all to ourselves
while the manager and two employees hogged the other big screen
and about 25 regular tv's for the red wings-blues game.
 
anyway... i am one bu fan that developed a lot of respect for
merrimack tonight. i finally saw merrimack for the first time
this year and was very impressed with how they took the
physical play to the terriers (and how they fought back from
a 4 to 1 deficit).
 
congrats to the warriors on a nice season. and please forgive me,
mike, if i don't wish them too much more improvement next year.
 
joubert netted a hat trick (his career first) for bu.
 
congrats to mr lance harry on his stunning prognostication
performance in the regular season contest (this despite my
trying to teach him everything i knew). and lance... if bu
has to go without linna and pandolfo -like tonight- against
umich (and they play another lackluster period like tonight's
3rd), i can see myself singing "hail to the victors" many,
many times.
