About the throwing of the puck penalty:  Last year in the Cornell-
SLU semi-final game, a SLU player played the puck with his hand and
wound up throwing the puck back out over the blue line.  This resulted
in a penalty to the player because Cornell was put offsides.  Maybe
there is a rule about intentionally throwing the puck out of one's
zone in order to clear the zone.  What ever, the call has been made in
a semi-final game before.
