Regarding the various polls and people being displeased with them, I
still think that it is too early in the season to care about where a
team ranks in the popularity, ceramic dalmation, poll.

It is debatable if it was luck or skill; Clarkson was up 5-1 and 12
power plays can go a long way to amassing 50 shots on goal.  But that's
neither here nor there, because as we all know, it's if you win or not,
especially come March when the seedings for the NC%$ play-offs are
determined- score is not figured in.
