 NOTES:
 Harvard star Mike Vukonich is a no show and has been replaced on the East
 roster by St Cloud State's Brett Lievers.  Vukonich, from Duluth signed a
 lucrative contract with the L.A. Kings, but the Kings said they would not
 cover him if he was injured in Olympic trials or games.
 
 Dave Peterson said that 90 percent of the 1992 Olympic team will come from
