 The Star Tribune posted "some" of the names of players for the Olympic Fest in
 today's edition. What follows is taken from that article. Any errors in the
 information, belong to the Star Tribune.
 
 Coach of the South team is North Dakota coach Gino Gasparini. The South is led
 by Hobey Baker award winner David Emma of Boston College. Also playing for the
 South are: goaltenders Mike Dunham of Maine and Mike Heinke of Providence;
 forward Craig Johnson of Minnesota; defensemen Chris McAlpine and Doug Zmolek
 of Minnesota and Bret Hedican of St. Cloud State.
 
 Coaching the North team is Walt Kyle, the assistant coach at Northern
 Michigan. Playing for the North are: goaltender Chad Erikson of
 Minnesota-Duluth, forwards Larry Olimb and Trent Klatt of Minnesota; and Jim
 Dowd of Lake Superior State and North Stars draftee Derian Hatcher.
 
 The coach of the West team is Dean Blais, former Gopher star and current coach
 at Roseau High School in Minnesota. Dean will be Dave Peterson's assistant
 coach of the U.S. Olympic Team. Leading the West will be goaltender Billy Pye
 from the NCAA Champions Northern Michigan. Also skating for the West will be
 Ben Hankinson, and Grant Bischoff from Minnesota, Chris Gotziaman from North
 Dakota and defenseman Scott LaChance from Boston University.
 
 The East team is coached by New Hampshire's Dick Umile. Leading the East are
 Mike Vukonich and Peter Cavaglia from Harvard, Ken Gernander from Minnesota,
 Steve Heinze and Ted Crowley ftrom Boston College, and Pat Neaton from
 Michigan. He also has his own goalie Jeff Levy and Todd Chin, the
 Wisconsin-Stevens Point goaltender from Fort Wayne, Indidana who did a hitch
 in the Navy and is the oldest candidate at 27!!
 
 The breakdown of players shows 25 from Minnesota, 11 from Masschusetts, nine
 each form Michigan and Connecticut, seven from New York, three each from Rhode
 Island, Ohio, and Utah, two apiece from Illinois and Wisconsin, and one each
 from Virginia, New Jersey, Alaska, Indiana, Missouri, and Montana. There are
 80 total players.
 
 Sorry that they didn't list ALL the players, but each school should know who's
 been invited from their teams. Contact your local SID or hockey office!!
